Accessing Set List Charts and recordings

The OneDrive link you get in your email about each rehearsal will take you to a folder that contains the charts (and some recordings) for your instrument group for the rehearsal. In some cases, the charts may have changed since the last time you downloaded them, so please download the entire set for your library from this folder (The size of the complete set list for this week is less than 125 megabytes (Just for reference, these days you can’t even buy an $8 USB Flash Drive less than 16,000 megabytes! To get an 8,000 megabyte one, you must buy a 3-pack!). Without the recordings, the charts are less than 40 megabytes, so it won’t take long to download them – don’t forget to delete the downloaded ZIP file after you have extracted the charts). You will be able to see which charts have different modified and / or created timestamps from your library versions once you have downloaded the charts.

Please let me know ASAP if you have any difficulty getting the charts. Anybody who has the link will be able to access all the contained charts, so if you are passing this note on to a sub, the sub will be able to access the files. Please do not distribute these charts to the general public.

Here’s a link to a video on YouTube showing how to do this on Windows 10 if you are unsure how to access the files.
